how big of a clock can this make?

I replaced the hands on a 30”X30” clock with these and they are perfect. So pretty big.

Can I just hang the hands up alone....no frame , just the hands?

I don’t see why you couldn’t but you’ll probably see the battery box behind the hands.

How do you mount this on the wall? Is there a hook on the back to hang on a nail?

There is a little insert you nail to the wall and slide the round piece into it. Very small easy to do.

Is this suitable for half inch thick m d f thanks

Hello, about this item, the hour hand is approx. 203 mm/ 8.0 inches long, the minute hand is about 305 mm/ 12 inches in length, second cap: approx. 7 mm/ 0.3 inch, you should check the size before purchase. Thanks.
