its not easy to stop smoking but you can with pre-quit patches at 9pm at night put on a patch remove all cigarettes tobacco ashtrays lighters everything you use for smoking next morning remove the pre-quit patch and put on the step one patch use pre-quit for 7 nights then just use the step one patch they last for 24hrs and can be bought through amazon the niquitine mints also help but hide all cigarettes e.t.c dont be tempted to smoke after 7 days you can go the whole coarse i save £112-00 a month by not smoling as i have a weak heart through smoking

Had a bad skin reaction to these patches I wouldn't purchase them again

These are a great help if you are quitting smoking. I used to smoke 20 a day, now None.
