Magnetic Mic

A bit on the pricey side, but very high quality. A lot of professional agencies use this MagMic. It's easy to install and once in place - you won't need to search to find the connection. The magnet is very strong and will literally grab the mic from your hand.

Great gift your your loved ones who have a mic in their car. This magnet is NO JOKE. I’ve been using this for 2 months and had ZERO issues. I love knowing when I put my mic down, it isn’t going anywhere. I would definitely recommend this setup to anyone with a mic. The install was easy enough and as all directions and hardware was provided.

Good quality mic holder, magnet is strong and holds mic no problem. Price is on the higher side but for a made in the USA item worth it.

I have been a cop for a long time and I have had lost control of a mic before and had to play hide and seek with it. The Magnetic Mic is truly the answer. Some of our patrol vehicles have had these installed... and you get spoiled until you get another unit or get your old car back without this. The quality is unbeatable! I am NOT a DIY guy... I wish I was, My wife wishes I was... but alas, no. That is NOT me. However, if you have a standard mic mount, it takes less than 5 minutes to replace. If you need to drill, it may take 10 minutes for you to do it right... The point is: IT IS DEFINATELY WORTH IT!!! AND just like Waterboy: "YOU CAN DO IT!!"

Sturdy and makes life easier.

Magnet is too powerful! Bulletpoint arm won’t tighten enough to stay still but it is long and at a 90degree angle as you can see in picture. It Took a LOT of work and grinding of the mounting screw and other pieces to make it slide over my Midland MXT400 Mic. I am sure that issue is rare. Anyway. Thinking of getting something with a weaker magnet. But it is certainly a quality piece.

I have two of these, mounted in two different vehicles. In both vehicles, my Mic(s) are mounted in a hard to reach place. Having the Magnet Mount makes it easy to place the Mic without having to fit it exactly into the “clip”. Just get the Mic close to the mount and the magnet does the rest. My first mount is used with a slightly larger than normal Mic. That one works great. My second mount is used with an “all in one” Mic. (All of the controls are on the Mic.) It is much larger and heavier than a standard CB Mic. Even with the added weight and size, this Magnetic Mount works great.

Aimant de qualité supérieure, il est installé dans mon camion d'urgence pour le travail et jamais qu'il ne bouge. L'aimant est très solide et sécuritaire, je suis persuadé quand cas d'accident majeur le micro ne bougerait même pas. Bref très satisfait, nous avons avons installé dans plusieurs ambulances et aucun point négatifs.

Love this product. Has a really strong magnet and works extremely well in off road conditions. Will be ordering more in the future.

I have purchased several of these for my unit and district. They are compatible with all brands and work flawlessly. We have them on our Code 3, Whelen and Motorola products. Previously members have pulled mics down by the cords trying to get them back into their holder which has damaged a few mics but with this they're able to place the mic near the pad and it automatically falls into place. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone in emergency services or even anyone with a UHF. Absolutely fantastic product 10/10 worth every cent.

Works perfectly, especially in a policing environment when you need to grab the mic quickly! Easy installation.

Simple and convenient. We use these at an industrial workplace and have had no issues. They are much more convenient that having to find the slot for the mic, especially when it is dark. If you are close with these, the magnet snaps it out of your hand. :)
