Helpful mood lift
So far, there's an actual difference in my mood being elevated. It is honestly just enough to notice, just enough of a boost to make the day a bit easier. I didn't expect to notice any change, but after a good stretch of days with a better more pleasant outlook I credit these for making the difference.

Expiration date too soon
I can't say it has made a difference yet because I've been taking it for just a week. But the company shipped a bottle with a too soon expiration date! It expires on 04/20 and I bought it a month and a half ago... They should have shipped something fresher, specially when it's about probiotics!!!!

Calming
I really enjoyed these probiotics. They definitely had a calming effect. The only downside was that the bottle was nearly expired when I received it. Otherwise, great product!

Probiotics are becoming mainstream.
Over the past few years, I have become interested in probiotics in both natural food and supplements. I read Brain Maker: The Power of Gut Microbes to Heal and Protect Your Brain-for Life] and [[ASIN:142621846X The Psychobiotic Revolution: Mood, Food, and the New Science of the Gut-Brain Connection , both of which are very illuminating.Brain Maker recommends five different probiotic strains: l. plantarum, l. acidophilus, l. brevis, B. lactis, and B. longum. This probiotic contains Bacillus subtilis HU58 which it claims is more gut survivable than other strains. Other probiotics use protective capsules to survive the stomach enroute to the gut, this probiotic simply is in a gel cap, so I suppose we need to take its word for it. It's also worth noting that some of the literature does support the company's contention that quality beats quantity, as different beneficial probiotics may compete with each other, making more not always better.I have been taking a variety of probiotics, so I don't know which one is responsible for my improved gut health, but I definitely recommend taking a broad variety of probiotics, drinking kefir and kombucha, and eating yogurt and kimchi. Here are five other probiotics I've tried. I have no idea which one is effective, but together they made a difference. Recent studies suggest that diversity in the gut may be important.1. THORNE RESEARCH - Bacillus Coagulans (formerly Lactobacillus Sporogenes) - 60's If you had to choose just one probiotic, I would go with this one. It's cost effective, highly recommended and produced an immediate response.2. Digestive Advantage Daily Probiotic Capsules, Dietary Supplement, 30 Count Same manufacturer, same probiotic as the gummies (and as #1 above, Bacillus Coagulans), but in pill form.3. Acidophilus Plus Goat's Milk - 200 - Capsule Requires refrigeration, different probiotics which may not survive gut as well as Bacillus Coagulans, but good for culturing yogurt.4. Enzymatic Therapy - Pearls IC - 90 caps Contains six different strains of probiotics. Attempts to beat the gut problem through the design of the pill--which I can attest to being practically impossible to cut open or otherwise mess with. Whether it survives the gut, who can say? I think it is worth throwing in the mix, however.5. Hyperbiotics PRO-15 Probiotics - 60 Daily Time Release Pearls - 15x More Effective than Probiotic Capsules with Patented Delivery Technology - Easy to Swallow Probiotic Supplement Another high tech probiotic, the PRO-15 contains L. plantarum, L. acidophilus, B. lactis, and B. longum. This is one of the probiotics I instinctively feel has worked the best for me, though it is always hard to tell with a sample size of one.You can also get a yogurt maker like this: Euro Cuisine YM80 Yogurt Maker and culture some of these probiotics yourself. The insync Natural Probiotic, because of its design, is a bad choice for this, by the way. I did not find the B. coagulans to culture well. However, the Acidophilus Plus Goat's Milk - 200 - Capsule , which contains three different probiotic strains did work acceptably. There are apparently very old, heritage bacterial "communities" available for purchase that may give your gut even better diversity. You can also culture non-dairy products like coconut milk if you suspect you are allergic to dairy. If this interests you, you will find many resources on the net.Expect a few days of quirkiness in the digestive tract once you start taking probiotics. I didn't find the kefir to do much, by the way. The pill probiotics did the trick. Also, on at least one occasion I experienced an autoimmune response. Keep some Benadryl on hand, as some of these probiotics have effects on histamine. With this product there is one other consideration. One of the claims for Bacillus subtilis HU58 is that it generates Nattokinase in your gut. Nattokinase has been hyped as a potent blood thinner and clot dissolver, but naysayers like the Cureality blog make two points: one, it has a hard time surviving your gut, and two, it is a dumb clot dissolver--in other words, to paraphrase Cureality, it may dissolve the clot you want dissolved in your artery leading to your heart, but it may also dissolve a protective clot in your brain preventing you from having a fatal hemorrhage. So, if this probiotic actually manages to work in your gut to generate nattokinase, which would bypass the gut issue, it could well be very effective and therefore quite dangerous, in particular if you are taking any other blood thinners or clot dissolvers. For that reason, I would discuss it with your doctor if you are in at an risk group, and I would like to see some discussion from the company about the issue.Good luck!

Seems to help my mood, and my gastritis, less pain.
This is a Probiotic to keep your mood on track, and for Digestive health.Does not need to be in the fridge. I keep this in my pantry..Its dark and cool in there.I have been taking this for a few days, and it does seem to help my mood a bit..I’m going through a stressful time right now, as a Very close family member is in the hospital for two week now!I’m driving two hours a day to be there, and it is stressful to say the least..I do notice I’m not as stressed as I normally would be, and I also have gastritis, I seem to have a little less pain.I have to admit, I’m not taking Two capsules twice aday. I’m taking One capsule twice aday. I like getting my body use tosomething new slowly..Although I have been taking a different probiotc, but stopped to give this one a try as its different.
