I used to use Bean-o for gas management when going out to eat, but there were a lot of ingredients that werent the healthiest so I stopped. Glad I found this! Used it for the first time this past weekend and I popped 2x capsules with my meal and I didnt have any gas or bloating at all with Chinese food and noodles. Ill try it out some more with different cultural cuisines, I challenging you Chipotle Burrito! Let's see if we can get another win for team no-bloat, lol.

Since I don't have a laboratory to test the contents, I would have to say they are fine.

This stuff works so well I have not taken any of my Lasix since I started taking this and it does a better job then the Lasix.
