Armen Living Monte Mid Century Modern Dining Accent Chair for Table Kitchen Desk Vanity in Black Faux Leather with Black Metal Legs

I initally chose this chair because of the matte black leather and hardware, which I wanted to match my desks. I was hesitant to spend $200 on a set of these chairs (hi, I identify as frugal) but decided to pull the trigger because 1) I'm on an interior design kick and 2) other similar appearing chairs had customers reviews concerning for uneven leg height or "bubbling" of the leather on the seat. I've sat my butt on this chair for the past month while studying for my medical boards (literally 12 hours per day, everyday) and I can say this chair rocks; we bought two and they are super cute and also very comfortable. The leather is silky smooth, soft and comfortable to sit on. The chair is super sturdy and all of the legs are the same height so there is no "rocking" of the chair as you shift your weight. It is perfect height for my standard size desk and took 5 minutes to put together. Would highly recommend, might buy a full set of 6 to replace our dining room chairs! UPDATE: a different review for this chair mentions gaps between the chair itself and the legs; this happens when the legs are put on backwards / incorrectly! The legs themselves arrive assembled and all you do is attach the seat; when attached backwards, you will have gaps! (if this is helpful please let me know by clicking the helpful button!)

The chair is lovely and very easy to assemble. It also is VERY confortable, I'm using it as a desk chair - great back support.

I was skeptical with the purchase due to the price of other similar chairs however, this chair is great! Super easy to assemble, sturdy and very cute! Fits perfect in my office and is surprisingly very comfortable! I would highly recommend this chair if you’re looking for an armless cute, reasonably priced chair.

These chairs are really nice great quality. Nice grey faux leather and sturdy. Only issue was one of the chairs the screw holes didnt line up very good making almlst impossible to put it together but w/ some tweaking of the legs I was able to get it together other tgan that one chair they were a breeze to put together and look great w our new table and desk.

This is a nicely made, sturdy chair. It is very comfortable, I believe, due to its slightly curved nature which comforms nicely to the way one naturally sits, as opposed to hard angles of other similar chairs (i.e. folding chairs, for example). My only semi-complaint would be the bottom of the legs where they meet the floor as they come to much more of a point that really tends to dig into your carpet. I would have preferred the legs more along the lines of the legs on a typical folding chair where they are the same thickness all the way down and then have the little rubber/silicone/plastic caps on the end so they don't dig into the floor so hard. Other than that, a great, and very comfortable, chair.

Was worried after reading reviews but the chair is amazing. Stylish, sturdy, comfy and easy to assemble. Comes in two pieces with 4 screws. The slanted feet go toward the back. Straight cut feet for the front. Other reviews made it seem like it was complicated but looking at the picture on Amazon confirmed the proper direction to screw on the legs (all 4 on piece) to the seat piece.

I like the look of the chair, and was super easy to assemble. Seems sturdy enough so far. However, I mistakenly chose this chair to be my desk chair that I work in 5-6 days a week. This chair is not a chair you want to spend long hours in without some additional support. I’m under 30 and don’t have a history of much back pain, but this was really hurting my back after using it for a week. I have since purchased a back support pillow to use with and this helps a little with the posture and back pain. I haven’t decided yet if I will continue to use as a desk chair or replace the chair with something more supportive and comfortable. Definitely consider your time spent in this chair before purchasing.

Used the chairs for my glass kitchen table! Looks really good!
