I’m pleased.
I broke both I had but it was a programming error. They work very well. I was able to finish engraving a lawnmower blade even with a chip in the cutter since it was my last one. Be sure to plunge them slow. CAM software has them plunging too fast and that’s how I broke both that I bought.

Will buy again
Only used once so far to engrave aluminum. Engraved at 0.010 depth and worked perfectly!

The best quality engravers for tough materials.
I am been using the Onsrud engravers for 5+ years. I have always been happy with their quality. The tip rarely breaks, just gets dull from stainless steel engraving. It took about a year of occasional use for it to become dull. Well worth the money. Plastic, aluminum, steel, brass, stainless, tool steel - you name it. It will engrave it.
