Good very good it's the second of this book i bough the first one for myself the second one for Christmas present for a friend and i'll buy more coz the price is very affordable for the information inside is great also so easy to read, because my friend I bought the book for present don't want a book coz he said he is not good to read a book he prefer Ebook with voice etc but this book is very easy to read and understand also is not so many pages with rubish write only distract your mind if the focus and boring! no this book is not and the information is correct coz i'm a nutritionist student and what the book say about melatonin is more than i have learned in my very good books. so i strongly recomend this book also for not only you learn a lot but also for you give a gift for someone you love or want help it's the best way to teacher coz some time you can teacher to people and talk talk but it not come inside so this book is easy to carry in my bag also show to some college want to have more knowledge.

Valuable resource! Very impressed!
I've read several books concerning the pineal gland, but this book is by far the most valuable resource! Anyone who is looking for a better quality of life will benefit from reading this! Joel provides ample information regarding ways to protect and encourage use of our Pineal gland. I pretty much read the book in one afternoon ( I couldn't put it down) and then went back after the fact and took notes. I literally changed my daily habits and pay much closer attention to what I might be mindlessly ingesting, hence the fact that not only am I sleeping better but my sense of over all clarity and awareness has improved. I highly recommend this book. Pay attention to your pineal gland!
