Have to buy more I'm about to run out! Definitely recommend. They have helped with my mood and sleep. I would say that it does give you withdrawal symptoms when you stop taking them suddenly. I also recommend drinking lots of water when taking these and staying hydrated.

Disappointed, Can’t Return
I was disappointed to find that these gummies are made with carnuba wax and xylitol. I bought them for my son, but the dosage is too high for those under 18 years old. While the bottles are completely sealed, they are ineligible to return. Buy at your own risk.
