Just Like When I was Young
When I was young, my Bahamian mother made a dessert called "guava duff." Traditionally, a duff is a steamed or boiled pudding, but modern recipes have changed it so much that today the dessert is nothing like the original. Similarly, most of the canned guava that I have seen is also not a all like the traditional guava that my mother used. But I found that this can of guava shells was perfect for making the traditional Bahamian dessert. Delicious!

Áncel cascos de guayaba, very hard, not good
I have never in my entire life have had cascos de guayaba do hard like the one from ANCEL, I will try yo boil them hopefully the get softer
