I have now bought several of these to leave around the house, and always carry one in my handbag. They definitely help ease symptoms of a migraine or bad headache.

This is fab. Me and my daughter have both suffered from headaches to severe migraines and this is literally the only thing that works! Will not ever be with ought it.

It is better used straight out of the fridge
I have been using this for years, it does not cure a migraine but certainly helps relieve some of the severity of pain from them. It is better used straight out of the fridge., cooling the forehead.
