This book changes the regular classic pilates and adds a twist of fun and challenge to it to make the body prepared for a great variety of exercises that are simple, easy to understand and excellently explained. FANTASTIC!!!!

Uniquement pour la pratique du pilates avec des accessoires. Je l'ai acheté pour les exercices avec le cercle magique. Tout est bien expliqué avec les différentes postures, il y a aussi un programme complet pour s'entrainer avec l'un ou l'autre des accessoires. Ces accessoires permettent d'avoir plus facilement les postures correctes.
