My roborovski dwarf hamster loves this cage. However, when it arrived, the bars at the top were incorrectly attached meaning that I almost had to break one of the hinges to fix. The bars are very loose, and anything bigger than a dwarf hamster would be able to push them open. The wheel is very squeaky (we oiled it).There is also no place to attach a water bottle, which really should be mentioned in the description. Water bowls are not a good option for hamsters.

Product did come damaged but currently in contact with the seller in order to get a new base . I have bought this cage before and it arrived in perfect conduction. Great for small animals , especially if you have bar chewers . My male Syrians love this and it allows them to have over 6” of bedding for borrowing . Ideal for hamsters :)

Arrived with a couple of pieces snapped, but I managed to assemble it. However, the spacing on the bars is very wide and within 5 minutes I found my baby sat on top of the cage rather than inside it! Would not recommend for any small rodent species. Very disappointing. Could be a great product if they used common sense and spaced the bars more narrowly. A lot of money wasted.

At first I was dubious about ordering this product after reading previous reviews about the cage coming damaged.Mine was delivered wrapped in bubble wrap, in a box wrapped again in bubble wrap and was in perfect condition. Great size cage for the money, wheel and food bowl included. The only downsize I can see is that there is no space to attach a water bottle so I’m going to have to source a freestanding one. The wheel included is squeaky and too small for my mice but I have bought a silent one and there’s plenty of room for this one instead. Very happy!

Nice size tank for my dwarf hamster however it's very flimsy and when it arrived the bars at the top where not fully attached and when trying to reattach them the groves they sit in snapped. Managed to fix with super glue as I needed the tank asap and unable to wait for a replacement. It's reasonably priced for the overall size but would say it might not survive the handling of young children opening the top.

Unsutible for hamsters. My Syrian escaped straight away. Flimsy to put together and it came broken. Returned straight away. I suggest just buying pets needs from pets at home! Got the same cage for £25 cheaper.

Good cage, nice size, Shane it doesn’t come with a water bottle and the wheel is small for a Syrian hamster. Lid is easy for hamster to open

Arrived damaged as noted in other reviews. Was replaced with no trouble at all so that was brilliant. I would say the size is smaller the described as this was bought for 2 dwarf hamsters and I wouldn't reccomend anything bigger or anymore then 2
