Checked it out from the library and it was really disappointing. If you already have a handle on baking then this is the book for you. However, if you are a beginner, then it's not the book for you. It doesn't have really any step-by-step pictures, and it's just not beginner-friendly. It does, however, have vegan and gluten-free recipes though. Personally, I wouldn't purchase this book

Good selection
This book has a good selection of bakes and breads and my 11 year old who loves baking, adores it. Some of the items are things found in America or written as you buy in America but some common sense and conversion as to what it can be, we usually have the ingredients over on this side of the pond too!

Present for my 12 year old grand daughter, she absolutely loved it and can’t wait to start baking.Well illustrated and easy to follow instructions. A very good selection of recepies for all occasions.
