Hi I have one of these showers and the thermostat unit has failed due to chalk build up as i live in a hard water area. Is this easy enough to replace

My plumber did the work - but it seemed simple enough. On my shower he just needed to remove the plate (on which were my ‘taps’ on/off hot/cold) and access the thermostat from there. Obviously I don’t know what your shower looks like, but with mine there was no requirement to remove bathroom tiles or anything (no damage to surroundings) it was all behind the chrome plate
