This is pure fraud. It is more vomit than digest. It took me 15 minutes to read this 71 page "book". Then the 71 pages were repeated in larger print " to make it easier for readers with poor sight" to read it. It is written as a marketing campaign for a private clinic. Don`t by this book. And don`t visit the clinic. 1 star is the minimum score. I give it 0.

It was 2 copies of the same book - one with larger print but both end up on the last page acting as a business card. Actually offered no new information in fact were like a cut and paste of other articles. Not worth it.
