This is a HEFTY Tome of Rad Conan Comics
This omnibus is everything you want it to be. A modern comic anthology of our favorite reiver, slayer, etc. I paid $30 and I think buying this off the shelf at a local comic shop would have cost me twice as much. I have a fairly major grievance, not about the product, but regarding the condition I received it in. I received "New" copy, that had a badly worn corner, a large crease in the cover, and just a fair amount of 'shelf wear.' It's what I would consider "Acceptable" condition especially for a tpb. I won't go through the hassle of returning it, and yours probably won't come like that. But, I've got to vent it somewhere right? Take it for what its worth.tl;dr - Book is wonderful and you should buy it. Mine came in poor condition.

Truly a treasure trove of one-shots, short stories, and graphic novels.
The absolutely last Conan book that Dark Horse published before losing the license to Marvel, and boy did they ever decide to go out on a high note! This book collects eleven stories that were originally sold as separate graphic novels, and good luck finding some of them, they are stupid out-of-print, plus four short stories. The presentation itself is the same as the Conan Omnibues Dark Horse published over the last two years, so it's very nice for the price you're paying. If you're at all interested in these stories buy this ASAP so you're not paying a ridiculous mark-up on aftermarket. One word of warning - this book is absolutely huge, over six hundred pages, so it can be kinda awkward to hold.

Big thick book teeming with adventure
If you like the Dark Horse Conan run then you need this book. It collects some of Robert E. Howard's short stories in beautiful comic book form. It is a thick book though, so expect to spend quite some time with it.

Excellent Book
For the money this was well worth buying. The pictures are great and you get to compare the different art by the different artist. Really fascinating. I can see why people like the Dark Horse series when it comes to graphic short stories. Stories are good and so is the art. This one will not disappoint.

Great short stories & one offs!
These are some great stories and spin offs from the Conan universe that any fan would enjoy. The art and story telling is good, I recommend it.I gave it 4 on 5 stars because despite being a new book, Amazon's shipping method has deteriorated considerably for books lately. The book is a little lightly damaged with some scuffs on the top. The glue binding is untouched, but paying 40$-50$ for a new book, one hopes to get a new/undamaged item. Amazon, please look into this as I will no longer buy books from you because of this.Overall, a great book filled with some pretty great stories any Conan fan would enjoy!

Know, O Prince, that in the years since...
... the losing of the Dark horse licence and the rise of Marvel...I am an old time fan of the Dark Horse treatment of Conan, as they got the tone just right on many occasions, and was saddened that the franchise had moved to Marvel (I can only assume this is to try and get marvel Studios to do another film...).However, this collection of one-shots and longer stories is excellent. For the price, it would be foolish to pass up, and the quality is simply brilliant. While the artwork and writers change with each story, nothing, whether writing or art or pacing, is below 'good', and it is often hitting 'excellence'. The size may daunt those of feeble wrist and pencil neck, but to those I counsel you to buy it anyway (you can always use it as a door-stop, or a weapon to attack burglars with). Its a brilliant capstone to Dark Horse's run on Conan over the years, and having already read several of the stories twice, I'm glad i snapped it up when i did. By Crom, this is good Conan!

A 700 page collection of Conan one-offs
An awesome collection of one-off stories on Dark Horse's Conan. We do get an adaption of Howard's popular People of the Black Circle. It also collects:Conan and the Jewels of Gwahlur, Conan: Book of Thoth, Conan and the Songs of the Dead, Conan: The Blood-Stained Crown, and Conan: The Daughters of Midora and Other Stories.I would buy this sooner than later as this will go out of print shortly now that Dark Horse no longer have the license. This will most likely receive a Epic Collection from Marvel but who knows in what form or when that will be as their is 16 years of Conan stories for them to get thru first.

Bloody brilliant!
It's Conan, so you get what you pay for; blood, violence, humour, scantily clad beauties and some good old fashion sword and sorcery. At just under 700 pages well worth the price I paid (£22). As I'm also buying the Busiek Omnibus editions its a great stand alone and compliments them well at the same time. Time for some rice....

This has a bunch of short stories and if you are unsure which Conan book to get, get this one to test the waters before buying the other Conan books.
