Don't waste your time or money if you are a small or at-home business. 1) You are forced to buy cartridges for each of the colors at the same time 2) Installed a new black cartridge (twice with two different cartridges) and received the same "install new cartridge" error message. 3) No phone or chat support unless you sign up for an expensive monthly maintenance plan 4) In-person support is available for $295.00 per HALF HOUR!! It's more efficient to purchase a new printer.This is the best printer I have ever had when it worked. XEROX is still focused on the large business market and is really missing a big opportunity with the growing small business and work from home customers. So disappointed I would have liked to stay with XEROX but I couldn't afford to work with them.

We were thrilled to receive the items two days earlier than the expected delivery date. However, as soon as we plugged in the first one the printer showed the Chip Error message. We followed the prompts to reset and reinsert multiple times, but it couldn't recognize it. Then we opened and tried the second one. Same error message popped on the screen of the printer. We also noticed that these are not new cartridges because they had visible scratches and scoffs on the outside. You could tell they are not new (check the photos for yourselves), which is not fair because we bought and paid for new ones. This is not professional by the seller because we depend on this ink as a business and now we are stuck with returns and frowned faces by our customers. Well, guess what! This seller just lost a reliable customer.

Box was not sealed and cartridge feels very light. I hope I didn't get a used one. Haven't replaced the one on the printer yet so, we'll see.

It is a bit pricey for the number of prints that we are able to get from the cartridge. I feel like I am constantly replacing them and at this price it begins to add up - $700-900 for a complete set depending on the 'sale' price that is available. If it were a personal printer, I would have gotten rid of it a long time ago to not have to buy these.Also, pulling the tab that must be removed before installing these cartridges seems to have about a 50/50 chance of spewing toner dust all over...

Don't waste your money -- this toner did not last me 3 weeks of light use at my desk. I use my 6600 to print emails when necessary or drafts of work (letters, layouts, etc.); not a high-production use at all and my magenta, cyan, and yellow already need to be replaced. I bought the machine in February of last year and the toner cartridges that came with it lasted until end of August of this year (18 months!) for the same usage. These not lasting 3 weeks is highway robbery.

Authentic cartridge - speedy delivery - good value.

Very happy with the cartridge. Works great and was a better price for a Xerox toner.

surprisingly it arrived the next day. I did expect it to be packaged in a bigger box but it arrived in what looked like a shell that just barely (and securely) enclosed the toner.
