Helps to make my color treated hair look wonderful. Very moisturizing. Makes my hair soft and manageable. You only need a little bit making this a great value for the money. The scent is a bit strong at first but dissipates quickly and is not at all unpleasant. I find this product to be highly effective, and my hair has never looked healthier.

It works, my hair is gray and dry, and when I use it, it shiny and soft.

Nothing makes my hair shine like Biosilk. Finding a product to give my bleached to within an inch of its life hair any small anount of shine makes me happy...but so many of them come with a down side of weighing my hair down or leaving it over oily/greasy. Biosilk makes my hair stronger, softer, glossy and bouncy, I would even say it is completely weightless. Controls frizz, detailed and prevents tangles, keeps my hair looking its best. Biosilk has given me Nourished, healthy, shiny hair, period. No smoke or mirrors with this one. It does what it says, and it also smells absolutely lovely. Light and fresh and clean, no cloying or annoying fragrance and doesn't leave any noticeable buildup to weigh my hair down. Just shine and control for days. If I could only have one hair product for the rest of my days I would be hard pressed not to pick this. It does so much in such a small amount, that the price is totally worth it. One bottle lasts me close to 6 months! If you havent yet tried this, do it. There is a reason it has been around forever. I have been coming back to biosilk again and again for at least 20 yrs. it is the best.

I have tried several hair treatments, and this is my favorite. It takes a small amount and does not leave an oily feeling in my hair. I like the subtle scent.

This product is fantastic I know it had its heyday in the 80s but there is a reason it's amazing and there is a reason to keep using it I remember seeing my mom having it and she's got a very brittle short curly hair while I have long fine thin hair that has a bit of a wave to it but it's mostly straight. This seems to put proteins into your hair if you put it in just out of the shower and then you can seal it off after you dry your hair with a little bit of it on your hands this bottle is so tiny but a little bit goes such a long way that I'm afraid they're going to discontinue it by the time I'm done with this bottle :-) it is fantastic and I just don't know why I don't see it everywhere these days I literally asked my stylist hey do you have this product that you could put in before you style my hair? She did not but I did send her photos and all that good stuff once it came in because finding the right hair care product line for yourself especially if it's different brands takes some trial and error but I am happy to say this one had no error the trial had a jury and the verdict came out as 100% awesome so buy it do not hesitate don't worry about it don't read all the reviews and stress yourself out just order it and yes it's a very small but don't sweat it because it only takes a little bit to work and even when you put a little bit in you still have extra so my only word of caution would be be careful of putting moisturizer on your face after you've used this because who knows if it might make your skin break out or something so make sure you wash your hands before putting on facial moisturizer if you've done this right out of the shower other than that enjoy this product I might even go buy a big bottle before they discontinue it or something it would break my heart if they did but if this was popular in the 80s and it's still being sold today I think we can all rest assured that buying a small bottle at first is cool and then deciding to buy a larger bottle when you have the money and the time would probably last you about a year at least and I wish my mother would use this again because her hair just breaks at a certain length she was born with their haircut and she still has that haircut LOL but she's always had such trouble with the texture of her hair and I've seen it in her cabinet in the past I just don't know why she's not using it now I recommended the silk cap and this to her and she didn't take my advice but I hope someone here Will because it's a fantastic product and we don't want to have a discontinued. Please buy this you will feel like a goddess our God depending on your gender but you will definitely feel a total hair transformation. I was disappointed because a gel was discontinued that had these qualities but the added benefit of a gel to give your hair a little bit of curl and style. So instead of moaning and being sad about the discontinuing of a great product I found a way to use this in conjunction with a gel in a small amount to give myself the same effect the discontinued gel from shea butter gave me. It's kind of like having a limited diet like I have you're able to put the products into your hair that work for you rather than having them all in one bottle and some of the parts may not be perfect for you so get out the shower put this in your hair and move along knowing that you are going to be feeling like it's beautiful and not want to wash it for days :-)
