Product is working perfectly, very basic software but I used computer for games and facebook. I was on the internet in a few minutes, my order came with keyboard, mouse and all the cables but no WIFI. No big deal, I had one.

Use mainly for web searches and storage.No problems to report.

The computer arrived very quickly and was very well packed , it looks and performs like new . Windows 10 was already activated when I powered on the computer the first time . I could not find a wireless usb antenna for it in the box but when I checked device manager it showed a wireless card installed and it works well . I am very happy with this purchase .

The computer was described as having wifi capabilities but it does not. I'm just back from the experts and it is indisputable that it does not. How dare you sell an item with an incorrect description. This is unforgivable and telling me to return the item for a replacement or refund is absurd. I paid taxes and duties and extra freight to ship from Miami to Trinidad. If I have to post this back with the cost of freighting it will exceed the cost of the machine. I am angry and disgusted. Even a complete refund leaves me out-of-pocket. I will, at this time, refrain from making any public negative comment. What about the technician fees to install the card that you offered to send? We purchased a couple and they're working well in a library environment. We were taken aback, on receipt, by the ultra small form factor, but they're easy to work on and an easy fit in available desk space.Recommended.

This Dell Optiplex computer replaces another computer like it that finally bit the dust. It works well [though the incessant ads of Windows 10 are annoying -- but that is not the computer's fault].Why this computer only gets 2 stars has little to do with the computer itself, but with the customer service -- of lack thereof, by the distributor.When we purchased the computer, it came with both an Ethernet connection and wi-fi capability. While the Ethernet seems to work, the wi-fi has never worked. I sent a message to the distributor saying it was a problem, and was there anything I could do at my end to get it to work. They asked me a question in return that made no sense, and then never communicated with me again. I sent two other questions, but didn't get a response either time.So we have a desktop computer that at least can communicate with the internet, even if the wi-fi is either defective of not properly configured. I don't have the knowledge to trouble-shoot it on my own to know which.

Bought this used 'refurbished' unit to replace one I have had for 5 years. Checked the PC when it arrived. powered up and ran through the Windows 10 setup. it setup and ran OK. Case is OK with a few scratches but nothing to worry about. However the CPU fan is loud so obviously something going on there, maybe bad bearings. I will need to replace it. There was a new Dell keyboard included but the included HP mouse was obviously used with the cord just wrapped up around it. The sliding pads on the bottom of the mouse are coming off. I will probable just throw it away. This was an OK deal for the cost but I would have been disappointed if had paid more for it. I have bought a lot of refurbished PCs over the years and this was not one of the best.

Purchased this pc as kitchen table internet browser computer. Small size of this model exactly what I needed. Built in wifi receiver was not sensitive enough to pick up the house wifi. The seller promptly resolved the issue by expedited shipping 4 different types of USB wifi receivers. I would highly recommend the pc and the seller.
