I purchased these lights to go in my pumpkin luminary bags - and they are better than I could have imagined. The timer function works perfectly so I can just set them and forget them - they come on every night. The light is bright and the flickering candle setting looks very natural (but so much safer than a real candle). I have also found a number of other uses for them. They look great in the evening on my back porch table and I've used them when my granddaughter visits as a fun nightlight in her room. I'll also be taking them camping the next time I go. Very happy with my purchase - great versatile product that works well.

I got tired of buying candles for my Eldreth pottery Jack o' Lanterns and also having to remember to blow them out every night. These lights work wonderfully and I don't have to worry about lifting the fragile pumpkin tops to reach in and turn on and off as there is a remote control. Very pleased, the only thing that would make them better is if they flickered a little. Still, as you can see by the photo, they light up the faces very well.

These are really great! They have an orange body which is nice for making them less noticeable. They are really bright! Brighter then a set I purchased from a fancy kitchen store place a few years ago. They also 'flicker' just fine, nice and subtle. Again, the fancy ones I have flickered too much, way too low, then high, as if the 'candle' is in a hurricane. I never noticed how bad the old set worked until I received this awesome set!Pros: Bright, subtle flicker, and orange inconspicuous body.Cons: None

Just got it--the remote does not work (with a new battery even) and the lights flicker and can not be seen as far as the 50' needed for the street BEWARE--THERE IS NO RETURN ON THIS ITEM

I am planning on using these lights to create mood lighting for our upcoming annual Halloween party this year. These lights are a substantial size and give off just the right amount of light to create a spooky ambiance. As an added bonus, they have a 2-hour, 4-hour, and 6-hour timer so in case I forget to turn them off they won't burn out the batteries (as what happened to the last set of lights I bought made by another vendor).

These pumpkin lights served their purpose well. They put out sufficient light, not super bright but lit a large pumpkin well with an eerie glow. I recommend placing the light on top of something to prevent it from sitting in collected water and in case the pumpkin starts to mold.

So glad I found this light. It was perfect for my outdoor pumpkin. Great color and ws bright. I kept in in a ziploc bag to protect from the rain and it worked without any issue.
