I am new to the detoxing and cleansing world. This is the second book that I have read about how to do a detox. I gained little knowledge from the first book and felt a little confused by some of the terms used. When I read this book, it helped clear up some of my confusion. It gives a decent background and explains the benefits in a way that I was able to more easily understand. Basic Detox Program With Interesting Infused Water Ideas
A pretty basic detox program that avoids all the normal evil culprits -- sugar, alcohol, coffee, and dairy.The book is full of interesting recipes, including some unique fruit and vegetable infused water ideas. In fact, it is more of a recipe book for a detox program than a guide on how (or even why) to detox.

I am not really familiar with detoxing. This book seemed very basic but supplied a variety of easy recipes in their 10 day menu.

You Must Detox!
This is great book that highlights the true benefits of doing a detox. The author does a wonderful job at explaining the exact steps and gives helpful strategies for staying on track. I also enjoyed how she gave a sample schedule of foods (breakfast, lunch & dinner) to eat during the 10-detox. Good book!

Very good resource for detoxing info
This book is just what you need if you are looking to become healthy by detoxing. You will learn how about detoxing in general, the preparations required and the foods needed. There are also recipes to try out.

This was a nice read though most of the advice was common sense. Great if you need motivation to detoxify or lose weight.

I love the recipes at the end especially the stuffed bell peppers, can't wait to try it. It's a diet you can use that won't actually starve you and you can cook too!
