does it come with any sort of plate?

No it doesn't it has a front and back pouch that can fit a 10 x 12 size foam plate that is up to one inch thick and has a nice enclosure system to keep it tight in there.

Does this come with aromer playtes ?

No. It’s compatible with standard plates (and trauma pads), but you’ll have to get them somewhere else.

What is the total lenght of the vest? In order to be effective for me i need it to be 25 or 25" long fron top to bottom.

Is this carrier IR complaint or does it glow when viewed with night vision and infrared devices?

So we don’t wash our Crusader 2.0 fabric with any detergent with UV brighteners that wouod glow but it’s always best to wash all your gear with something like the Atsko UV wash just to be sure that nothing has made contact with them to make them glow and to get rid of any scent
