Worth its price
I am using it since last 3 years, and it never turned me down in any situation. Speaker and mic quality is amazing.

Defective product
This was defective, the earbuds were not working although there was power in the earbuds case.

Very poor service after sale
Service of the product is nearly impossible even within the warranty period of Jabra products.I have got very bad experience.

Stops working within warranty and company doesn't replaces the product
The warranty clearly states that if within warranty the product stops working and it is not damaged by the customer, the customer will receive replacement but its been almost a month and these guys are not replacing the product. Instead they are offering a lower model! Pathetic post sale service!!

Never buy Jabra products
The device stopped working within a month of use and now it’s been more than 2 months and i have still not received my replacement. Worst part is they have a pathetic customer service.

Beware!! Lots of issues with charging case!!
Avoid buying this as the charging case has a lot of issues. Mine stopped charging after 1.5 years and since it’s out of warranty, the support guys told they can’t do anything. Now the buds worth 13k is useless. You can find the issues with charging case by searching on google.Better go for Apple AirPods. You will never regret the investment.
