I read the book on Kindle Unlimited and worked through the workbook with a group. You have to do this workbook to really benefit from its life-changing perspectives. I have been a Christian for 49 years and have been studying God’s word and doing various book studies nearly that long, and this is a game-changer if you feel stuck in any way, or are just missing something in your walk with Jesus (and isn’t that most of us at least some of the time??!). I plan on going through this again, because there’s so much great application Wendy has given us, which is often the difference between head knowledge and true change.

Simple, clear, practical, and helpful. Thr short chapters are a huge help because the revelation she brings are very challenging and meaty. They need to be absorbed. If the chapters were longer it would be overwhelming at times. Each chapter had deep revelation that caused my spirit to jump, and I will re-read this book often until I believe all the Truth contained within. Thank you Jesus for this book and for Your Daughter You taught so well!

This Book is perfect for those looking for quick, practical tips for living a life of walking by faith, not by sight. This Book is especially great for those who need a quick read each day and a way to start applying what you've learned right away. I recommend The Vail by Blake Healy for a more detailed narrative approach.

Refreshingly, honestly written, Wendy's book is full of truth and hope. You may know what the Bible says, but are you actually living God's best for you? Or are you living under lies from the enemy about who you are? The book is really about shifting our thinking about hearing God, who we are in Christ, blessing, the Kingdom, power, increase, etc. It was our favorite book of many that we picked up from a trip to Bethel, and I've since bought several more copies to share with friends.

Wendy gives examples of what she is talking about. She uses scripture to help you understand the point she is making. She talks about her own shortcomings and how she came into enlightenment of what God really has for her! I love the applications and how that bring into practice what she is teaching!! Great book and very practical!

This is an incredible book. I ordered after hearing the author speak briefly. It is sound and simply read and applied spiritual truth. This is perfect for new believers or ones like me who have walked with God for many years, but need a new and fresh revelation of our identity and power of our confession. I would highly recommend getting this book and getting multiple copies for a study group or just to share with friends. It is THAT good! So thankful for this author and the message and mandate on her life! I look forward to getting more titles from her soon.

This is one of those books you will want to reread for the rest of your life! Life changing and encourages huge mindset shifts! Recommend for a seasoned Christian.

This book is transforming my life! It’s answering the question I’ve been asking for years: how did the disciples and apostles KNOW what to do? Scripture doesn’t give a formula for how to heal the sick or cast out a demon or speak to the exact hurt in someone’s heart because every person and every situation is different! This book teaches you how to train your brain to gather information from the Spirit of the Living God that’s within you. He’s the knower of all and He knows what every person needs in every situation.I am so thankful that my discipler is having me read this book. I am so much better equipped to advance the kingdom of God.

This book helped me to question some ideas, thoughts and perspectives I did not even know I responded with. It helped me to reevaluate and change my way of responding to so many circumstances. The writer does not just teach, but shares situations through which God taught her. I love that she shares how God questions her response and then gives her his perspective. A really good book. I am reading and rereading it.

Having recently heard Wendy Backlund speaking at a conference, I was keen to read one of her books. This one did not disappoint. Easy to read but full of Holy Spirit anointed truths. Challenging in a great way. Now I have read it through I will go back and read again and take more time for the applications- very helpful to make what I have read a reality in my own life.

Our brain sees what it wants to see. In this book we will learn to see what is really happening in the unseen - but very real and tangible - spiritual realm. What a gracefully and hopefully journey!
