Great selection of balms for different needs which makes a perfect self care kit for the specific need at the time. They all smell great and help with meditation, calming and improving mental wellbeing. Great for anxiety or sleep problems and more. The sleep balm is large and the rest are very tiny but last a long time as you dont use up much each time with it being a hard balm. Some aromatherapy products i have used smell bad after a while but these stay fresh and fragrant. It comes in a cute handy bag to grab when you need it with a little space left to add in another trinket or CBD oil. I would definitely buy this again and would recommend as a gift for someone who is stressed and you want to encourage them to practice self care.

I purchased this for a man, who suffers with anxiety, as it has relaxing smells and aromatherapy scents that you just apply to your wrists, the recipient loved it, uses it daily, and keeps it in his messenger bag always.

I bought this item as a gift, thinking how neat and transportable it was..ideal to pop in your handbag, if you wanted to. Easy to use and effective. I think it was well received and will be used. Good quality and value.

Although the scents are lovely, the price is a bit excessive for the tiny little product you get , unfortunately I will not be buying them again, I have more lipstick in a an old stick than what they give ya in these ,sorry

Ok yes the the tester sized sticks are small but that's the whole point. It's a little sample of each smell and was an ideal way for me to get to know each one. I've tried other aromatherapy kits and they smell cheap compared to scentered balms. I got about three months out of my tester stick of lavender and that was me using it every night. The sticks are still going because I don't use them every day.
