Beautiful

Orginally had a Mooer Shimverb and really liked the shimmer effect but it wasn't as smooth as I hoped but wetted my appetite, so did a bit of research and found the Blue Sky, the quality is stunning, use it extensively as part of my acoustic guitar rig, also the 'favourite' button means you can click into another setting on stage and use the mod setting for a impressive light chorus effect. Not cheap but if you appreciate true studio quality reverb on stage and cathedral like reverb and shimmer effects it is the business.

The Blue Sky finds a nice balance of delayed reverb effects. The Blue Sky comes in 2 versions, the 5 knob V1, or the 6 knob V2. Both versions will provide pretty much anything you need for stage work. I prefer the Blue Sky’s big cousin the Big Sky for my home studio use. It has more features than the Blue Sky but is not quite as friendly for quick stage use. In conclusion, you’re here, you know Strymon. The Blue Sky is a great versatile pedal that will give you all the effects you’re looking for.

ネット上での評判を見て興味を持ち、購入してみました。その性能はネット上でいくらでも確認できますので、個人的な感想を述べます。エフェクターを購入するのは20年以上ぶりですが、その完成度の高さに驚愕しました。個人的に従来のエフェクターに持っている感覚とは別物です。音を加工すると言うよりは、すでに別のインターフェイスになっていると感じます。このペダルだから出来ること、これじゃないと出来ないことがあります。Strymonの他の製品は未体験ですが、総じて高評価な理由がわかりました。音の余白の多い、弾き語り系の方には最高の空間ペダルです。

Great reverb effect

shimmerが良いと聞いて買いましたが、shimmerの音を良く分かっていませんでした(^_^;) あんなに高い音が出るんですね。私はアコギなので使い道は余りなさそうです。 でも普通のプレートとルームの音がメチャ良いので、満足です。特にプレートが良いです。
