Primica Stainless Steel Coffee Canister - Premium Coffee Container Airtight Storage with Scoop for Easy Portioning

I'm so impressed with this company, I am going to break my norm and write a review. We all know to make great coffee, you must first start off with fresh beans. Recently I purchased 2 coffee canisters to go with my new espresso machine. 1 of the 2 canisters had a very small cosmetic flaw in the adhesive date ring. "Me being the anal person I am" I contacted the company via e-mail and explained the situation. It was only a cosmetic problem. The canister worked flawlessly I explained. I only asked for a new date ring and I would replace the one I felt was put on a little crooked myself. Remember I'm very anal! I got a response that day from the company owner. Can you believe that! She totally understood how this tiny flaw would drive me CrAzY. The problem was fixed that day. (It took only one e-mail people) Bravo to this family run business. Service is sometimes all there is that really sets your product apart from the rest. If you're looking for an Awesome coffee canister backed by an Awesome family owned business, than give these guys a chance. It looks great. It keeps my coffee fresh as the day I bought it and it's backed by AAA+ service! I wish y'all the very best in success in your business. Thank you for taking pride in your product you sell!

I had been using a plastic storage bowl to store my ground coffee, and granules of coffee would jump all over due to the opposing static charges on the coffee grounds and the bowl. Using this stainless steel canister, which is conductive, prevents any charge from building up on the can, and makes it far easier to get the coffee from the grinder into the canister with a lot less (albeit not zero) mess. The static charge is still on the coffee and the grinder’s hopper is plastic so there’s still some blowback but far less.The scoop consistently gives 10g of ground French Roast (at least for my grinder setting) which is exactly what I’m targeting when I measure it out.

At the low price point, I was initially concerned with the quality of the product that I would receive. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised with the quality stainless steel of the canister. This is exactly what I was looking for! The personal note mailed included with the delivery was an excellent touch. You can order knowing that you are supporting a family business who truly cares about their customer satisfaction. Will recommend in the future!

So pleased with my canisters that I ended up buying 4. Keep ground coffee in one, beans in another, extra coffee in a third, and instant oatmeal packets in a fourth. They look good on the counter and keep everything fresh. They're flat on the top and would stack nicely if you wanted.

Chose this canister because I read that the company is family owned and when reading reviews people praised their customer service. Well my canister came and it did not disappoint point it was packaged well it arrived with no damage. I filled it with my favorite Louisiana Community Coffee and sealed it shut. Since I put my coffee in it I am pleased every time I open in it because the coffee smells just as good as the very first time I opened the bag. Thank you for a beautifully made product.

I have several canisters of this type, sold under different brands (but quite possibly made by the same factory somewhere in Asia!). This one adds the gimmick of the date dial, which isn't something I care about, but it's harmless. Otherwise it's a good canister: overall made well, good latch, good seal. The price is competitive, that and the positive reviews were the two reasons I bought this rather than one of the other brands available here.Cleaning is fairly easy: you have to take the filter out and set it to the side, everything else is fully washable, including the seal.I took a star off because the product description (title) says "with Scoop", but there was no scoop inside. Doesn't matter to me, I use 1/4 cup stainless steel measures acquired separately, but it's worth mentioning in a review.

This is an update, our original post is below. We bought a second one to use on our boat... which sits at the dock 24/7. Anything food, unless it is canned, won't last in the salty sea air. With the past year so wierd we left things on the boat untouched, figured we would house keep later. Skip to year later and this container has kept the coffee grounds fresh for almost a year..on the sea water. We were shocked. Great item., now proven great.I purchased this item in July of 2019. It had a simple eloquence look and a bonus scoop, exactly what I wanted. Since July it has been opened and closed multiple times a day as everyone in my house prepares their coffee by the cup, and it shows no wear and works perfectly with all the daily over use. So when we decided to get a second coffee canister for our boat, it was a no brainer to get the exact same one. For us to buy two, reflects our satisfaction... 5 stars out of 5.

I'd been keeping my fairly expensive/ground coffee from Fairway in an attractive but old coffee can. I have now considerably elevated myself with this beautifully made, capacious and attractive coffee canister. It was among the least expensive of the Amazon options, but I am completely pleased with how solid and easy to use it is. No sharp edges, no tinny feel. No idea how the CO2 venting works, but I'm sure my coffee is happy.
