At what distance does this light produce 10,000 lux? Lux measurements always need to have a distance or they are meaningless.

This light does NOT produce 10K Lux. I measured it with an illuminance meter at the most it gives is 4500 Lux! This was measured at the panel surface.

Does this plug in with a USB cord?

No. It is powered by AC cord only.

Is the power cord loosely connected to the device? Does the cord fall out of the device or is it firmly

The power cord plugs into the back via a microjack. Haven't had it fall out once.
