Of course there is plenty of information about natural sources for Citruline and Arginine, you just have to google them. The issue here is that you won’t find this level of concentration in a tablespoon ready to be diluted in your preferred juice. To get this you will have to eat Kgs. of turkey breast, pumpkin seeds or nuts. Impractical.
