I'm wondering if this can grind soaked rice to make rice cake?

Hi, dear: this grinder cannot used for something as wet as soaked rice. It's a dry grinder that can only grind dried rice to rice flour.

Does this have a spout of any kind? And does the mixing bowl come off for ease of pouring? Or must I lift the entire machine?

I have the 300g model which is light and compact. I use it to mill wheat berries (Jovial). It takes 10 seconds to mill 1 cup’s worth. It does not have a spout so yes to have to pick up the unit to empty it’s contents. It is light to pick up and compact so it does not bother me at all. It comes with a brush to help you gather the milled grains from the lid and container.

Can it grind all wheat and rye berries?
