Was good until the tag fell off. Expensive mistake.
Very easy to set up. But lost the tag in a field. Could do with a stronger loop

It broke in two after 11months
It broke in to two pieces the back came away from the front. The blue dye on the dynotag came off over the front of my dogs hair.

Comes apart and loses QR code
Great idea, you can store loads of info on your Dynotag account and multiple tags against one user. The info can include temporary address for when going on holiday or if pet is staying with family. We have now had three of these items come apart. The tag is made up of two parts, a metal back-plate onto which is glued the plastic QR code part. On all three of ours the plastic part has fallen off and been lost. They are covered by warranty but the cost of postage from US to UK makes it cheaper to just buy another one.Dynotag also do luggage tags which are just a small piece of plastic with QR code printed on, and can be attached with split ring like the pet tag. We have used these on pets as well but they don't give the option of uploading any detail like the pet tag does but they are more sturdy as there is nothing to fall apart.

Not a gimmick - rather a very useful tag.
A great little idea.Being able to provide health details along with vet details is a real bonus. The location alert if the tag link is opened is also a nifty feature.

this isn't GPS
I was confused by this dog tag. i thought it worked using GPS and thus would be useful for my basset who sometimes wanders off on a walk. BUT it works exactly the same as an ordinary tag. in the UK it is a legal requirement to have a collar and tag on your dog-stating your name, address and telephone number. so therefore there is no merit in adding this tag-as people finding your dog can simply ring the number on your original tag.it was quite easy to register-except when i tried to put in more details about my dog-the page went off and i could not refresh it. it is therefore now registered with my name and the dog's name but no added details-which is useless. i have therefore returned it.
