Heartwarming movie
Sly never disappoints. This is a great movie for all ages. It is older but a classic movie to enjoy for years to come. In a world of broken families, you will enjoy how a father and son come to know one another and a dad who refuses to give up on a son who didn't get to know his father until later in life. This movie brings the action, the drama, the heartbreak and determination. I highly recommend this movie.

It was a gift for my auntie and it was in great shape and it came in time. I didn't have to wait a week or 5 days like the other morning I had gotten in the past from you. I didn't get the same litter twice promise it was nice to get the movie I asked and paid for.

Over The Top
I saw Over The Top on Prime Video when they had it free to stream. When it was removed from Prime, I decided to buy the Blu-Ray since I enjoyed the movie. The movie only comes with a Blu-Ray disc, and its Warner Bros. If you have seen my other reviews you know a Warner Bros. Blu-Ray means two things:: 1. The movie starts automatically. That means when you insert the disc and it shows the Warner Bros logo with the music, the movie will play immediately. 2. After the movie is over. There are a ton of warnings about piracy, so you will have to skip about 35 messages in several languages to get to the main menu. Every Warner Bros. Blu-Ray has those annoying messages. We get it. Piracy is bad. When you get to the menu, it’s not much to behold. It shows an image that can also be seen on the back of the Blu-Ray case. Which shows Lincoln Hawk arm-wrestling Bull Hurley. The only special feature is the Theatrical Trailer, if you did not notice that from the back of the box where it lists that. The other message is offering you to “visit wbhidef.com for the latest on Warner Blu-Ray disc.” Since there is only a Blu-Ray, there is no digital copy. However, there is a simple solution. You can simply convert the disc using. Vudu’s Disc to Digital feature. It will only cost you $2.15. Or, you can buy the movie through Prime Video. They always have a sale on the digital version of the movie there. This movie will play on your game console, as I own a PS4 slim and watch all my movies on it, so it should work for Xbox One as well. If you like Slyvester Stallone as much as I do, feel free to buy this movie. It’s an instant classic.

The High-Definition picture quality of this Blu-ray is outstanding, just beautiful
This movie has lots and lots of reviews, so I will just address what made me double-dip and purchase this on Blu-ray when I already had it on DVD. Well, I always prefer Blu-rays for getting High-Definition and therefore the best picture quality on my High-Definition TV sets. For this movie, OVER THE TOP, I was pleasantly surprised at how absolutely beautiful the HD picture quality is from this Blu-ray. It just looks fantastic-- pristine-- on both of my HD TV's. I strongly recommend this Blu-ray most highly on that criteria.

Anni d’oro dei film di Sylvester Stallone, non ne sbagliava uno, tutti fantastici! Over The Top è forse sottovalutato rispetto ad altri film di Stallone, invece è davvero ben riuscito: racconta la storia di un padre e di un figlio che si conoscono e riuniscono dopo essere stati allontanati dal nonno materno, uomo ricco e prepotente; storia sempre attuale, che ricorda l’importanza della figura paterna, ancora oggi troppo spesso messa in secondo piano; film anche commovente, con una bellissima colonna sonora; fantastica l’interpretazione di Stallone. Si lascia guardare piacevolmente, giusta la durata. Acquistata la versione dvd standard, buona la qualità video, con audio in italiano/inglese (restituita la versione blu-ray perché non mi ero accorto fosse solo in lingua francese/inglese).
