Good, unless you have sensitive skin!
This item is really good. It sticks well ( providing you activate it, by rubbing after application) . Sometime clothes can pull off part of tape and it becomes instantly not sticky and flips around, I just snip off that or reapply new tape. Lasts between 3 and 6 days a week, but I am a swimmer so sometimes only 3 -4 days. It stays on in the shower and swimming pool, even upto 2 hours. Dab it dry. Still good. My problem has developed after 8 weeks constant use of tape- my skin has developed a reaction to it and itches like crazy, spreading all over body. Just be aware if you have sensitive skin! I was recommended this tape by my physio and told it would be fine for continuous use over last 2 months! Not sure what I can use now??? I like the colours, easy to use, cut, trim. If you don't have sensitive skin its a good buy!

Great product. Really helped give support to my knee for walking and helped with pain.

Used to be be great now not so much!
They have 100% changed something about this product, was my go to before but now nowhere as sticky and is peeling off mid run. You used to struggle to get the glue off your legs once you removed it and now it peels off really easy. Will have to find a new go to tape. Gutted 👎

Fitting, it’s best to get help when putting it on.
Used on my knee and hand, easy to use in these locations by myself, but required help for my neck and shoulder, Worked great at giving strength and support.👍

This kinesiology tape works really well and stays in place even during intense workouts. It provides great support without limiting movement and feels comfortable on the skin. The adhesive holds up through sweat and daily activity, yet it’s easy to remove without irritation. The quality is excellent, and it definitely helps with muscle support and recovery. I’m very impressed and would absolutely purchase again.
