This handheld packs more punch than my gaming laptop. Love it and it gets used daily. Really enjoy GPD products. Had the Win 2 before and this one is so much more refined and beastly.

Had to return mine because the optical mouse didn't work properly, no excuse for that kind of lack of quality control at this price bracket. Otherwise the device is wonderful, but the seller needs to make sure everything works before sending these out!

I dropped it for the first time and refuse to contact the seller due to the lack of support for this device. I have had this device for a year and have been playing it everyday with a Linux distribution “bazzite” installed to maximize it’s designed functionality like accessing its power controls in game easier, using a game focused steam interface and changing the controls for every button with ease compared to the sent version of windows. I have had more issues with TDP and consistent frame rates, with only video games like Minecraft running at a stable 60fps which has been disappointing since it’s advertised quality is sold as a “mini laptop”. The first time I dropped it I was trying to emulate Animal Crossing New Horizons and I dropped the device from a tea table’s height onto a hardwood floor and the left joystick began to drift, similar to my first Nintendo switch 😂. I plan on personally refurbishing it when I can afford it and also using it mainly as a desktop pc since it still works, I just do not have access to local repair as I would have with a Genius Bar in California for my apple product. The described positives by reviewers and other customers are accurate and this device has been a pleasure to use even when I knew it would be a hard buy given it’s limited support.

Bought it May 22nd. Had it less than a month. Used it on average about an hour a day. The screen died. Edit: I'm trying to contact customer support to see about fixing this. I'm never going to give this thing five stars based solely on the fact that it broke in 21 days while being lightly used. But depending on how the customer service goes, I might turn it back up to a 4. Edit Two: Here we are, July 22nd. Exactly two months from purchase and the replacement screen ribbon came in the mail. Cost 30 bucks. I installed it and the screen works. Unfortunately, during the install process my keyboard ribbon got damaged...so now the keyboard doesnt work. This damn thing dude. I have Bazzite installed so I can easily use the virtual keyboard but give me a break. This thing cost a thousand dollars and the build quality would make me guess it cost $200 to make, tops. Two stars from me because this thing only worked for a hand-full of casual hours.

This is a great device if I didn’t already have a desktop I would have loved to keep it but I just don’t touch it as much as I want to. I highly recommend this device
