Quantity per 1kg meat?

If you are cooking chicken and want a moderately spicy dish 1/2 tbsp to 1 tbsp works. If you are cooking pork/meat 2 tbsp for moderately spicy. We suggest you begin with these and do a taste test while cooking the dish and adjust the spice intake according to your preference.
