My son had no leakage he had impacted wax so we needed a good quality product. This product is quality at its utmost. Others failed but this along with ear irrigation got a nasty bunch out quickly.

It works very well. The shipping box took a lot of abuse in the mail and at least four pipettes were damaged and lost contents.

I've had the bad luck of inheriting the extreme ear wax buildup that my Dad had. Because of this, I should give good attention to my ears on a regular basis, but I usually don't. This past year, I had to have my doctors office clean out my ears and it was a serious issue. It took over 45 minutes and quite a bit of pain, and they still didn't get it all. With the Peroxide based cleaners, I would have to repeat the process up to 3 times to get even a basic result. I thought I would try something different this time, and I'm SO glad I did!! This stuff is amazing!! Only a single application and my ears are just as clean as 3 attempts with there oxide based cleaners. I would recommend this to anyone in the same situation.

I think I already reviewed this product. But it showed up again, and I have no problem reviewing it again. I had a problem with my ear that lasted for 6 weeks I used many products which seemed to harden the wax deeper in the ear. I think all toll there were 7 other products used . This product was used once and it removed all the wax the others only hardened. I thought I would need to do it at least one more time. But I was wrong. The first time did the trick. I barely could hear out of this ear and it was very uncomfortable. Its been 3 weeks and my ear is great. I can't tell you how highly I recommend this product.

It took several doses but finally worked for my ear. I will use it for monthly maintenance and will hopefully prevent further blockage.

I bought this product, and they have since changed the description. To their credit, they did refund my money. Please note, first, this is a REFILL kit. This information was not in the original description when I purchased it. Also, on the box, which I have, and will gladly post a picture of, it says it comes with a sort of 'plug' to keep the liquid from running out. It did not come with this item. Yes, cotton balls work just fine, but that's not the point. I'm glad so many users benefitted from this. We did not. It didn't do a thing for wax build up on me or my son. We tried it twice, each of us, and I still couldn't get the wax out of his ears easily. We will keep searching for another product.

I have been going to doctors for years (about every 6 months esp. when I'm pregnant and just in case this info is helpful to anyone out there, I notice I have less problems with ear wax buildup when I avoid excess salt, sugar, and/or overeating). Anyhow I have been using these for a year and haven't had to go to the doctor. I just use one of the small dropper full once a month for 30 minutes and then tip my head to empty the residue and rinse by getting a cup of warm water and pouring it in and then tipping my head to let it out. This has been very helpful for preventing buildup for me and for getting my ear unplugged from excess buildup..

Doctor recommended something like this for large amounts of wax buildup in my ear. If you read the instructions it works okay. A little weird feeling is all. But then, I'm used to that, I do nasal cleansings. Won't know how well it works until I visit my doctor again. Will try to update afterward.
