It is spyware, it has uncontrollable Android OS and GPS(not required for 4G) in it.
Contains Android to spy on you, please do not purchase. Also it has built in GPS(which is not required for 4G) and that also to spy even more on you, you cannot control GPS or the Android OS, You can't do anything, because to get adb prompt itself you will have to struggle a lot(flash new custom image). Such products must be banned. Now a days almost everything comes with built in spyware operating system called Android.

Good 4g USB Adapter
Working very fine, on my desktop windows 10, Speed is Top Noche,on using my BSNL 4G Sim. rarely disconnect..plug n play.easy setup. I bought it at 639 during India fastive Sale. at this price it is very good to bargain.compare to other 4G USB adapter. Go for it.

Awesome Product
Thank you amazon for such a amazing product. it is working in windows 11. Speed is top notch you can play on 4K on YouTube without lag . Also i got it at just 850 only during amazon sale. Also this is Hardware Rev A2 (for tech users extra info)

Defective chinese product dumping in indian market
Plz don't by, this is old chinese product and through sale they are dumping waste product in indian market . The d link helpline number provided by amazon on this website is wrong. And there is no option of to damage product refund. It's totally westing of money

Best dongle ever
Best and better than Huawei & branded dongle from idea, airtel, Vodafone or any other. It automatically installs all necessary drivers and d-link connection manager software (like mobile partner from idea) to manage connection and that software is also better. D-Link dongle providing 0.9-1.2 MB/s download speed & 150-250 KB/s upload speed over my Vodafone 3G connection which is 50% more than other dongle available in market. Rich in size & design. Best SIM CARD slot that won't damage a lot on sim chip if you keep inserting & removing card. No need to unblock dongle and supports all company's SIM Card and connect over 4G, 3G, 2G network what ever is available. I am a technical person and i love this dongle and this is the best and keep using this dongle for next 4+ years.
