Nothing really ! I like the types of recipes but as usual they are for for 4 people! I’m on my own it would be nice if they did more one dishes!

Useful addition to the Fast 800 diet
Handy little book, not illustrated but has some lovely recipes. I have the Fast 800 diet books and this is a useful addition to the set.

Got this to add to fast800 plan. Not Bad
Books easy to read and has a good lot of recipes. It is not low carb so for me who got it to add to fast800 recipe ideas I simply minus carb laden ingredients. It is 800 cal meals and this is helpful.

A must for anyone trying to be healthy.
Great variety of low calorie recipes. Convenient larger than average print. A great accompaniment to any 5:2 diet.

All recipes serve 4. Awkward trying to measure or guess a quarter when accuracy matters.

Lacking nutritional information.
Not what I expected. Very thin volume. If you are expecting something to add variety to the Fast 800 diet, be warned there are no carb values with these recipes, only calorie counts. Lots of the dishes contain rice, pasta and potatoes, so diabetics beware. Also, most recipes are for 4 servings. My advice would be to read Michael Mosley's Fast 800 book first to be clear about how to use this diet then use this for ideas for different recipes. Not as useful as I hoped it was going to be.
