GobelQuiche Pan, 9-by-1-Inch

Great pan, a little sharp, not a problem for me but may want to be careful around children. I got wonderful results and the thickness of metal is just right.

My wife uses this to make tarts (lemon tart, etc). The pan is heavier than expected, which is a good thing, and releases easily (assuming you grease it properly), which is also a very good thing. Overall we're very happy with the quality and performance.

I haven't used the pan yet, but when cleaning it for the first time I cut my finger on the rim. My husband filed down the little burrs (sp?) on the sides of both the round center piece and the outer edge. It's great now. Otherwise it looks like a well made pan that will last.

I have not tried the pan. It came in good condition, well packed. Hope it will be working great

This is a quality quiche pan by Gobel. Yes, there are many copies of this pan made elsewhere, but I think it is worth it to buy this pan from the place they know quiche best - France. Also great for pies.

We've had this pan for about six months, and the finish shows no signs of chipping. It's not heavy, but when we press dough into it, the pan doesn't twist or bend. Bottom removes easily. Crusts haven't stuck yet. Satisfied with the pan.

Beautiful pan but cooked a quiche in it and the crust residue would not come off the ridges of the pan. I never have greased a tart pan before so I assumed this one didn’t need any prep. Oops. Even soaking all nught wouldn’t budge the residue.

It's a simple tinned tart pie tin. If you are doing a classic normandy apple tart, to a shallow quiche, this is what you need.

Quality made in France, we have been using this brand for years and they are great, they don’t rust like others low priced , low quality Chinese made ones.
