It was OK
This is an OK German-style bread. It is on the lighter side and can be used for savory and sweet sandwiches. I didn’t care that it contained preservatives to extend its shelf life. It changed the taste for me. Most German breads are freshly baked without preservatives.

I did not like the bread it does not taste very good. I’m sorry I bought it. Also very expensive. I prefer the German Farmers Bread , from Gourmet Market on Amazon Marketplace. CS

Good product, bad shipping.
I love this bread BUT it arrived hot and in a banged up box that had been reaped. I'm not sure if I should eat it.
