very good -- use SQUARE drive
I used for kitchen cabinet installation and connecting front facing frames together. I always pre-drilled hardwood cabinet frame. I did screw there into soft pine and they went in like hot knife into butter (wow). I see various neg posts about stripped heads, but I only used SQUARE drive. I bought these specifically because they had square drive option and didn't want to goof around with phillips. I came back to buy more and now out of stock. very worried...

Durable and very cooperative easy to use screws
There are well-made durable screws and there are not. The ones that are not can ruin your day, but these quality screws are great and make projects enjoyable.

A lot of stripped-out screw heads.
I used these to install some 1/2" drywall onto 2 x 4 studs. I predrilled the holes, but the drill bit isn't as long as the screws. I had about 20% of the screws strip out using a #2 Phillips head driver. It looks like they accept a square type driver bit, so I will try that. But overall, I would say they are on the cheaper made side. They should be stripping so easy with my Phillips driver.

perfection in a screw
Used on replacement hinges attached to a metal framed door. Had to drill out the old screws, insert pegs and insert screws long enuf to hold. Quite the kludge but these worked.

it works as expected
I used this to hold together a wooden brace for solar panels. Worked just like I wanted. Easy to screw in.

Cheap screws. Almost instantly strip
Cheap screws, manufactured outside of the US. When using a power drill, they almost instantly strip.
