Great all purpose Polymer Clay.
I love this clay - Only wish I could get it in bulk but no one sends it in bulk to Ireland . I could get it in the US but the postage is prohibitive. This clay is great for general sculpting and holds fine details well.

I wanted a clay that wouldn't dry out and would be good for beginners as this was my first time using ...
When I needed to make a 3D model to visualise my design as part of my A Level Textiles piece, I at first tried using the 3D modelling program Sketchup. As the chair was too complicated to make in Sketchup, I looked to making it out of clay. I wanted a clay that wouldn't dry out and would be good for beginners as this was my first time using clay so I chose the Sculpey III Polymer Clay. The clay was easy to work with and it came out how I wanted it to look. Using clay sculpting tools and the blue collage I made in Photoshop as a reference, I made the model in two hours. I baked it in my domestic oven using the guideline on Sculpey's website wich was 130°C in the oven at 15 min per 1/4 in (6 mm) thickness. I would definitely buy this again.

Old clay, but still soft and easy to work with
Despite the clay being quite old (you can see on the product code how old it is), it feels surprisingly fresh and easy to work with. There's always a worry with buying clay online that it'll be old and crumbly, but this one was soft and easy to work with from the packet. There was really no need to condition it at all, saving my little fingers from pain!
