I finally had to upgrade my Logitech ergo keyboard after it died after 2.5 years of use. I have been struggling to find a like replacement to no avail. This one ended up being #8 that I had tried and was the one I kept. The built-in wrist support is great. The keys aren't loud when used and don't stick. They aren't super tall either which is a feature I really like. I ended up upgrading the mouse to a vertical style and now my work setup is perfect. Highly recommend this combo set.

This is a great keyboaard. I write quite a lot and a padded wrist rest was important. So many are hard plastic. The layout of the keys, numbers and special characters are side by side, instead of up and down but once you get accustomed to that, it's all good. The mouse is much larger than my old Logitech but it's comfortable and very responsive.

Keyboad keeps typing 4s repetitively any time I open notepad, chrome or any other tyinging program. I have tied all the fixes and it continues to malfunction. I purchased this product November of last year and now I have to buy a new keyboard not even a year later. I tried calling customer support but all you can do is leave your name and phone, then click hang up. It's past the time I can return it to Amazon. No the four key is not stuck, I have deleted the driver and re-installed, moved the wireless fob to different usb ports, rebooted and tried system recovery all with no good results. The problem is in the software, I can't fix it. I got aproximately seven months of use and it's not garbage. Mouse works fine, keyboard does not. The only way to stop it from typing 4s is to press another key, any key before it fills the page.

The keyboard is fine. It's quiet enough when you type and the pad is comfortable. However, the mouse isn't instantly recognized when it is stationary for a while. I bring my laptop from home to work and back like most of us will. When you plug the dongle back in, the keyboard instantly connects as you'd expect, but the mouse does not. If you just move it around to locate it on your screen or screens, it won't move. You have to turn the mouse off and back on again or slam it on the desk a few times before it is recognized. Same thing if you leave it sitting stationary for a half hour or so. Obviously, slamming the mouse repeatedly on a surface is going to have detrimental results over time which will likely significantly shorten the expected lifespan of the mouse. My Logitech equipment at work instantly picks up the keyboard and mouse.
