Hardy bulbs! Growing fabulously!
Bulbs came in tyvek envelope wrapped in newspaper! Despite my fear that they wouldn’t grow, they are all growing well despite my late planting them!

Disappointed update
Only received 8 bulbs instead of 10 and only 2 came up. It said these are from the US but they were packaged exactly like the peony bulbs I ordered and which said they were from China. No name of the bulbs on the packaging and no planting instructions. I hope the two that are growing will be beautiful. July 2021: none bloomed last summer but 3 bloomed this year. However they are all orange instead of the cool blue that I ordered.

Glad Bulbs shipped from China
It was not clear to me in description that bulbs would be shipped from China. It took a very long time to arrive, and bulbs are not very large (1 1/4" at max) and appear fairly dried up. I would not have ordered if I knew they were being shipped from China.
