We started taking Laktoferrin as part of an attempt to improve gut health as it helps dissolve the biofilm that lines the knee wall of the intestines. Somehow, it also seems to help improve emotional health by improving our mood. The connections in the gut are more complex that previously thought and even though I can't explain how or why this happens. I know it's true for me because when I stopped, those benefits were noticeably lessened. We'll keep taking my it until there's a reason not to.

I have an immune deficiency and I take this (along with other vitamins and herbs) every day. My alternative medical doctor recommended it. My immunologist is surprised that I haven't been sick lately!

I'm very pleased with these and noticed that they've helped with keeping me healthy. I've had digestive issues for years and they've decreased significantly. The bottle also lasts a long time.

This product did not do anything noticeable for me. It was just another pill to take with no results except less money in my pocket
