Yes, it works but may need a good wash of your extension afterwards. C-22 is one of the strongest on the market today but requires a clean of the track immediately after. See walker shampoo for best results with the use of C-22. Hope that this helps.

Difference between C-22 solvent & Walker Lace Release is that C-22 is a strong yet gentle adhesive solvent that not only removes tape & adhesive from all types of hair system caps. Lace release is only used to release the tape from the lace cap. Will not work to clean adhesive. Keep in mind that C-22 is an oil base product and Lace release is an alcohol base.

Q: What is the best way to remove tape from a poly base system?

C-22 adhesive solvent is just that. It will remove all brands of hair system tape from both Lace or Poly hair systems. Takes just seconds for it to start to lift for base. Because this is an oil base product, you must shampoo your hair system couple times to remove any residual oils.
