ダマスカス三徳、14cm洋出刃 2本ともキレます
初めてのダマスカス鋼と言われるもの使ってみました。購入したものは、洋出刃14cmと三徳包丁です。どちらも自宅で使っている3000円程度の研いだ包丁より切れ味がよくキレました。後は暫く使ってみて、切れ味の持ちや砥石で研いだ後どうなるかですね。
