Are these shoes good for walking?

Yes! My husband and I went on vacation in Charleston, SC, and we ended up walking over 5 miles. I have high arches and I was also 8 months pregnant, these shoes were AMAZING! I bought them specifically for walking while I was pregnant. I have since bought 2 more pairs (one pair a year) cause I’ve worn them out. And I’m getting ready to get my 4th pair. I refuse to wear any other sneaker.

Are this shoes good for standing all day?

I wear these shoes all day as I work in retail management and am on my feet all day and they’re the only ones that I will use. I don’t get blisters on my heels ever and my feet aren’t in pain at the end of the day.

how wide is the toe box?

They sort of run small so even with the wide, you may want to go up a half size. I normally wear a 6 1/2 W or 7 reg. I have the 7 wide and my toes are at the tip of the shoes. They do allow more flex in the width, so they feel better then some. I have bunions on both sides of both feel but one that is particularly bad and these work decently for 12 be shifts in a hospital.

are these running shoes or training?

These are not my go to running shoes. I wear them for work and could see wearing them for training.
