Amazing work.So far it’s been a month.Works without issue. Our window is very large and it fully covers it.Please Pleaee Please use a level.Mine is interior but I would have done exterior and placed it over the window if I realized that the window was not level.

I installed these blinds in our sunroom. Installation was very easy with the drilling template. The convenience of being able to open all three blinds with one remote is a game-changer.The blinds have excellent light control and privacy, and helps regulate the temperature in the sunroom.The quality is excellent and the price is very fair. The blinds took a bit longer to deliver due to the tariff nonsense, but the seller was very prompt with updates and answered all of my questions quickly.

The wait was worth it. I had it installed in minutes, the remote was easy to pair, and it fits perfectly! This room gets so bright that I couldn't stand the glare after mid-morning, and the shade solved that problem complete. I was also impressed with the stellar customer service I received when I first ordered it. This company shows a level of dedication I don't often see anymore. Solid five stars.

We have these blinds in multiple rooms. They work great and batteries stay charged for a long time. Easy to charge.Only issue we have is they are hard to program if you have them close or more than one in the same room.

I purchased this item through Amazon and used it for less than two years when the motor burned out and no longer functions. Two years may sound like a long time, but the motor itself was used a maximum of 20 times during that period. My wife and I would lower the curtain whenever we were leaving town for an extended period of time, and raise it when we returned. I contacted the manufacturer through Amazon, explained the situation regarding the motor failure and uploaded a few requested photographs. The manufacturer agreed that the failure was premature and agreed to send a replacement. I was then asked if I would be able to pay the shipping cost. I said, "that's fair," and agreed to do so. Then, I was informed that the shipping cost would be $45.00! $45.00 is ⅓ of the total cost I paid for the curtain new out of the box! Moreover, the motor itself constitutes a very small amout of the weight and volume of the total package. I asked if the company had made a mistake...that the shipping cost for the small motor could not be that high. They did not respond, and have since stopped responding. So, my advice is, don't purchase this item if you need something that will last longer than a few trips up and down your window or door. As for myself, I have since discovered that I can purchase a motorized blackout curtain locally from a reputable company for less than $100.00. To me, it's worth paying $55.00 extra to obtain a new and more reliable product from a reputable company, than to continue dealing with this company to receive a less reliable product.

INSTRUCTIONS TO PROGRAM REMOTE CONTROLThe remote control will control several shades. The key is that the shades need to be programmed all on a single channel in order to work together.I have 3 shades and programmed my remote so that channel 1 would control the first shade, channel 2 the second shade and channel 3 the third shade. Then I programmed channel 4 to operate all 3 shades at the same time. Here is how to do it:(Before you do anything you have to put a 2032 button battery in the remote. It doesn’t come with one.)First pick a channel for your first blind. (Channel 1 would be the best option)Poke the program button on the shade until the LED light comes on and the shade moves up and downPoke the “Set” button in the battery compartment (the one to the left of the battery) one time to link the channel and the shade togetherHold the program button on the shade again until the shade moves up and down and the LED light goes off. Now this shade can operate by itself when you choose channel 1 on the remote.Next choose channel two on the remote and follow the same instructions as above for the second shade. Then again for the third shade. Now when you choose that particular channel on your remote it will operate that individual shade.To link all three shades so that they operate together do the following:Choose channel 4 (or whatever channel is available) and then poke the program button on the first shade until it moves up and down.Poke the “Set” button in the battery compartment once, then hold the program button on the window shade until it moves up and down a couple of times and the red LED light goes off.Do the same thing for each shade still using only channel 4 (or whatever channel you chose to operate all the blinds simultaneously) Once you program all three shades to operate on channel 4 you need to go back to each shade’s independent channel and get them all to the same level. Then go back to channel 4 and when you press the up and down button all three will operate together.SETTING THE AUTO STOP POINTS:Choose the channel for whichever shade you want to set the stop on. Hold the down button and the “Set” button at the same time until the LED on the shade blinks and then release the buttons. Next lower the shade using the down button until it is where you want the “Auto Stop” to be. While in this programming mode you can use the 25% button and the 75% buttons to micro move the shade up or down so it is in the exact position you want it to be. Now poke the “Set” button on the back of the remote.Follow the same procedure to set the “Auto Stop” for the UP position.Now when you go back to channel 4 (after you have positioned each shade to the same height) it should operate all three shades together.

I love this shade. I've had it for two years and it is awesome. I do have to say that there was a problem with the motor recently, but even two years later, the customer service took care of me and sent me a new motor. Their customer service is probably the best that I've dealt with. I was really surprised that they even responded, let alone continuing to follow up and sending me a new motor.
